Rebecca Roberts is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal counsel and management. Currently serving as Manager at Simplicity since March 2021 and Director at CDSC Ltd since September 2020, Rebecca also holds the position of Chair at Arthritis New Zealand since July 2018. Prior roles include Senior Advisor at Westpac, focusing on the Financial Services Conduct Review Programme, and a long tenure at UBS from 1999 to 2018 where Rebecca advanced to Executive Director in Global Employment Legal, providing legal support for global compensation arrangements. Earlier legal experience includes serving as Staff Solicitor at Jackson Russell, managing various legal cases. Rebecca holds a BA/LLB from the University of Canterbury and completed Mediation Training at Resolution Institute in 2018.
