Amanda Russo has worked in various roles since 2005. Amanda began their career as a Customer Service Associate at A Southern Season, where they gained knowledge on high end charcuterie meats and cheeses. In 2006, they interned as a Legal Assistant at DVC Legal Services, a non-profit law firm that specializes in representing victims of domestic violence. In 2007, they joined Novella Clinical (formerly PharmaLinkFHI) as a Clinical Monitoring Assistant and Technical Trainer. Amanda then moved to Genzyme in 2010, where they worked as a Clinical Trial Assistant. In 2011, they joined Quintiles (now IQVIA) as a Regulatory and Start Up Specialist and CTMS Champion. Finally, in 2015, they joined Trial By Fire Solutions as a Product Design and Technical Customer Success Lead and Consultant - eClinical Product Specialist. In their current role, they lead product design initiatives and technical customer success programs for a clinical trial management system (CTMS).

Amanda Russo attended Ithaca College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Fine and Studio Arts. Amanda then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with a BA in Pre-Law Studies and Political Science in 2007. After graduating, they attended Campbell University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Accounting and Business Law.
