Thanushijah T. is an experienced Lean Engineer currently working at Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, since October 2016. Prior to this role, Thanushijah served as a Non Destructive Testing Engineer at Alstom from August 2015 to August 2016. Thanushijah holds a degree in Theory & Application of Lean Methodology from Cardiff University, completed between 2016 and 2018, and an earlier academic background from Brunel University London, which spanned from 2011 to 2016.
