Lolly Mason currently serves as a People & Culture Generalist at Infomedia since October 2022, building on previous experience as a People & Culture Coordinator. Prior to that, Lolly worked at Groundspeed from January 2021 to April 2022 as a People Operations Coordinator, focusing on onboarding, employee engagement, and the development of DEI campaigns. Lolly's earlier roles include coordinating remote culture-building initiatives and assisting with social media strategies. Experience also includes internships at Also Out Youth and Battered Women of Cape Verde Inc., and serving as a Teaching Assistant at the Gender & Diversity Center at New College of Florida. Lolly Mason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Gender Studies from New College of Florida.
