Lena H. began their work experience as a Content-Designerin at simpleclub in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. At the university, they held various roles including Grafikdesignerin und Social Media Managerin für das International Office from August 2017 to August 2021, Motion-Designerin from February 2020 to July 2020, and Tutorin "Audiovisuelle Postproduktion" from April 2018 to July 2018.

Lena H. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Medienproduktion from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, which they attended from 2016 to 2021. In 2014, they also obtained a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English C1 from Cambridge Assessment English.
