Robert Vitek has over 20 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2000, they began their career as a Software Developer at UBS. Robert then worked as a Framer at David A. Foss Construction in 2003, followed by a Residential Construction Manager role at Prime Homes in 2004. In 2005, they became a Project Manager at Ryan Homes, before taking on the role of Product Manager at My Coupons, LLC in 2006. In 2009, they moved to ShapeUp as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2014 they founded Swel. In 2016, they became a Technical Product Manager at Pharos Systems International and Co-Founder of Simplecirc.

Robert Vitek received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University between 1995 and 2000.
