Previous roles include Global Director of Human Resources at LightPath Technologies and Executive/Human Resources Administrator at CashWiz Holdings Ltd. Rebecca began their career at IBM as an Inventory Management Specialist and Help Desk Support. Educational qualifications include a Juris Masters in Legal Risk and HR Compliance from Florida State University College of Law, a Bachelor's degree in Public Management, and a thesis in Human Resources Management from the University of Guyana.
