Ghouse Shaikadam MBA, P.Log has over 28 years of experience in the business and supply chain management. Ghouse started their career in 1993 as a Restaurant General Manager at Pizza Hut, where they managed a team of over 30 assistant managers, shift supervisors, cooks, servers, and drivers, and was responsible for converting low performing restaurants into profitable stores. In 1999, they became the Disbursements Manager & Financial Analyst at Midland Food Services LLC. In 2001, they joined Longo's as the Finance Manager, where they reported to the CFO and managed the enterprise-wide budgeting. In 2006, they were promoted to Manager, Supply Chain & Master Data at Longo's, where they were responsible for the demand planning and purchasing of $340M in annual warehouse stocked purchases, as well as the enterprise-wide Master Data lifecycle of 50,000 articles and 3,500 suppliers. Ghouse also chaired GS1 Canada\u2019s Nutrition Workgroup for 3 years in developing consensus on industrywide nutrition data standards. In addition, they developed and implemented the Supply Chain 5-year strategic plan. In 2022, they joined Simplain Software Solutions LLC as the Director, Solution Consulting, where they are accountable for all aspects of account management, including revenue growth and client satisfaction, and is responsible for submitting and winning competitive proposals and developing new revenue opportunities and contract renewals. Ghouse is also responsible for business development and delivery of products and services by bringing solutions and thought leadership to clients through strategic discussions and presentations to create business solutions based on client growth requirements.
