Matt Wilkerson is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and sales recruiting with extensive experience in the fintech and merchant services industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Simpay since July 2023, Matt previously held the position of Sales Recruiting Manager at SpotOn, where leadership of a large recruiting team contributed to the company’s rapid growth. Prior to SpotOn, Matt was Sales Recruiting Manager at Heartland, overseeing a team dedicated to recruiting top sales talent, and also served in various recruiting roles within the organization. Matt's entrepreneurial experience as Owner/Operator of Firefly Outdoor Living honed skills in customer relations, while a background as a Firefighter and EMT at Norman Fire/Rescue emphasized public service and emergency response. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
