Constantin Zepca serves as the Founder and CEO of NSC Development since December 2021, providing expert IT consulting, software development in various programming languages, project management using Agile methodologies, and cybersecurity strategy implementation. Constantin also holds the position of Director of Technical Operations at VEC Development SRL since April 2021 and has been a Software Engineer and Web Developer at Simpals since August 2011. Prior experience includes web development roles at Vector Soft from August 2009 to August 2011. Constantin Zepca’s educational background includes degrees in Legal and Administrative Sciences from Universitatea Crestina DIMITRIE CANTEMIR and Information Technology from UST. Areas of expertise encompass quality software development, cybersecurity solutions, and blockchain implementation across various industries, including healthcare, e-learning, fintech, cryptocurrency, social media, and retail.
