Albert Perez currently serves as the COO of Simon Holding since September 2020. Prior to this role, Albert accumulated extensive experience at Eaton from April 2008 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Director of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement for the EMEAI region, overseeing 12 plants across six countries, and managing the P&L, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory for a business unit generating up to 130M€ in revenue. Additional leadership roles include Operations Director at Vibia, Supply Chain Manager at Ingersoll Rand, Operations Director at Siemens VDO, and Quality Manager at Valeo Engine Cooling. Albert holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a Business Administration PDD from IESE Business School, and a Master's in Economic of Knowledge from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
