Eamon Manning is an experienced operations and franchise professional, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations at Simon Property Group since December 2013. With a robust background as the Owner of Wings Etc since November 2006, Eamon previously held significant roles including Market Leader at Papa Murphy's International, District Manager at Burger King Corporation, and Regional Vice President at Quiznos. Eamon began a career in the industry as an Assistant Manager and quickly advanced to the Director of Operations at RTM/Arby's, where notable achievements included numerous awards and managing one of the most profitable districts. Eamon's educational background includes studies at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1985 to 1988.
