Chee Yee Tay is an accomplished manufacturing manager at Simoco Wireless Solutions since October 2019, overseeing global contract manufacturers and third-party factories to ensure high-quality and cost-efficient production of various radio prototypes and product lines. Prior to this role, Chee Yee worked as the Quality Management and Contracts Coordinator at MoTeC Pty Ltd from August 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating project delivery for military and commercial customers. Chee Yee also served as Operations Product Manager at Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from March 2012 to May 2015, leading manufacturing operations for semiconductor test handling equipment and establishing manufacturing capabilities at the Malacca facility. Earlier experience includes managing an engineering team focused on vision systems in the Center of Excellence at Ismeca Sdn Bhd. Chee Yee holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed between 1983 and 1987.
