Anthony Gurske is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of Culinary Operations for Simms Restaurant Group, Gurske manages culinary operations for brands including Simmzy's, Tin Roof Bistro, and lil' Simmzy's since March 2017. Previous roles include Culinary Director at Slater's 50/50 and Regional Culinary Partner at Kings Fish House, among others. Gurske's expertise encompasses menu engineering, catering, food and beverage management, and food and labor cost analysis. Anthony Gurske holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America.
