Kaitlyn Boehm has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kaitlyn started their career at Bistro Zinc as a Pastry Chef, where they learned the process of crafting French desserts and pastries. Kaitlyn then interned at Jason's Deli, gaining practical experience in food and beverage. Kaitlyn pursued their education at the Isenberg School of Management, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management. After completing their degree, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at Jason's Deli, overseeing employees and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines. Kaitlyn joined WordStream as a Customer Success Associate, empowering clients in the PPC world and assisting in running extracurricular events. Kaitlyn then progressed to roles as a Customer Success Specialist and Senior Onboarding Specialist. Currently, Kaitlyn works at Similarweb as a Team Manager, Client Services, leading a team and providing guidance to clients for leveraging data-driven decisions.

Kaitlyn Boehm completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2013-2014. Kaitlyn obtained their high school diploma from St. Joseph High School, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kaitlyn has also achieved various certifications. Kaitlyn completed the Similarweb Mentorship Program from edX in April 2022. In December 2019, they obtained the Google Ads Certification, followed by the Bing Ads Certification from Microsoft in June 2019. In October 2018, Kaitlyn earned the Google Shopping Certification and the Wordstream Certification from WordStream.
