Cristiana Liebeld Simon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cristiana currently works at Similarweb as a Content Marketing Leader LATAM, where they are responsible for leading the content strategy for Brazil and Spanish LATAM. Cristiana collaborates with cross-functional teams to create a consistent language and attract and retain potential clients.

Prior to Similarweb, Cristiana worked at Microsoft for several years in different roles. As a Content Program Manager/Growth Lead Brazil for Microsoft Start, they integrated local market knowledge with AI-driven products and developed user acquisition strategies through SEO, social media, newsletters, and collateral projects. Cristiana also served as an Editor, overseeing editorial curation for multiple MSN channels, and as an Entry Points and Social Media Editor, leading MSN Brasil's social presence and improving brand awareness.

Before Microsoft, Cristiana was a Reporter at EXAME.com, where they played a key role in launching the digital presence of EXAME magazine and produced original content articles for the Marketing section.

Cristiana also has experience as a Content Manager/Information Analyst at 3yz, where they managed client relationships and implemented digital media projects, and as a Product Analyst at Terra, where they contributed to the redesign of the Terra website by conducting benchmarking, developing prototypes, and documenting new page behaviors.

At Grupo RBS, Cristiana worked as a Content and Promotions Analyst, where they worked on content programming and homepage editing for various websites. Cristiana also played a role in planning and executing cultural contests on RBS Group platforms and creating interactive content for the clicRBS site.

Throughout their career, Cristiana has demonstrated their expertise in content strategy, marketing, user acquisition, editorial management, and digital media.

Cristiana Liebeld Simon completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 2003 to 2009. In 2010, they pursued further education in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at the Abril Publishing Group. Currently, they are working towards another Bachelor's degree, this time in Psychology at the Universidade Paulista, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2026.

In addition to their formal education, Cristiana has obtained several certifications. These include "Creating Inclusive Learning Experiences," "Data-Driven Learning Design," "Design Thinking: Descobrindo problemas e oportunidades de inovação" from the EBAC - Escola Britânica de Artes Criativas e Tecnologia, "Human Resources: Selecting an HR System," "Managing Project Stakeholders," "Project Management Foundations," "Defining and Achieving Professional Goals," "Growth Hacking Foundations," "Building Resilience," "Creating a Business Plan," "Social Media Marketing with Facebook and Twitter," "Cultivating a Growth Mindset," and "SEO: Keyword Strategy." These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2022, with various months and years of completion.
