Venkat Oruganti has been working in the tech industry since 2006. Venkat started their career at Microsoft as a Sales Compensation Analyst, then progressed to Operations Program Manager, Business Intelligence Specialist, Business Program Manager, and Program Manager - Microsoft Learn. In 2022, they joined Simetric as a Lead Program Manager.

Venkat Oruganti has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Venkat also holds two certifications - Data Fluency: Exploring and Describing Data from LinkedIn obtained in February 2022, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft obtained in November 2019.
