Smirna Kushal has work experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at EY since June 2022. Prior to that, Smirna worked as a Business Analyst at Simeio Solutions starting from March 2019. Earlier in their career, Smirna worked as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2013 to March 2018.

Smirna Kushal obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering in Bangalore, India from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2008, Smirna attended National Public School. Additionally, Smirna has obtained various certifications including "Business Analysis Foundations" from LinkedIn in October 2020, "Saviynt IGA Level 100" and "Saviynt IGA Level 200" from Saviynt in September 2020, and "Oracle Certified Foundations Associate" from Oracle in November 2021.
