Nurul Shakila Norizad has been with Sime Darby Plantation since March 2011, currently holding the position of Senior Executive in Learning & Development. Nurul Shakila is responsible for planning and executing monthly in-house training aligned with business objectives and maximizing HRDCorp fund utilization. Prior to their current role, Nurul Shakila worked as a Senior Executive in HR Upstream Malaysia focusing on Compensation & Benefits, and as an Executive in Manpower Planning & Resourcing. Nurul Shakila Norizad started their career as a Management Apprentice at Sime Darby Berhad, where Nurul Shakila contributed to recruitment drives and Management Trainee Programme. Nurul Shakila holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Multimedia University. Their educational background includes completing SPM at SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEBANGSAAN SEKSYEN 19 SHAH ALAM.
