Joseph Wegner is a seasoned Field Application Engineer currently employed at SIMCom since July 2023 and has been a dedicated cancer survivor since 2013, fighting multiple myeloma and amyloidosis. Prior to SIMCom, Joseph served as a Programmer and Team Lead at the American Printing House for the Blind, where significant contributions were made to revitalize the Nearby Explorer app for Android. A strong background in engineering is evident from previous roles, including Field Applications Engineer at Averna, Software Developer at Epic, and positions at Anritsu Company and Willtek, among others. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
