Terry Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently serving as Compensation Manager at SIMCO, LLC since February 2023, Terry previously held the same title at Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC from October 2013 to February 2023, where additional roles included Manager of Compensation and Staffing and Human Resources Specialist. Prior to that, Terry worked at URS Engineered Products Division as Human Resources Manager and Manufacturing Project Manager from May 2006 to September 2013.
