Mitch David currently serves as Deputy Project Controls Manager at SIMCO since October 2023. With a career spanning over two decades, significant experience at Bechtel Corporation includes roles as Senior Project Controls Engineer and Project Controls, focusing on field estimation and planning. At National Aerospace Solutions, LLC, Mitch was the Lead Maintenance and Outage Planner and Lead Test Planner from February 2020 to October 2023. Additionally, Mitch held various project controls roles across Bechtel, including engineering lead for a chemical demilitarization site, project controls lead for significant infrastructure projects in Gabon, and cost and schedule lead for an aluminum smelter upgrade. Previous positions involved project controls engineering for waste disposition and field planning at numerous Department of Energy sites.
