Christian Wibroe Leth is an experienced operations director currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sima Innovation since August 2023, where responsibilities include scaling operational capabilities, managing supply chain and engineering teams, overseeing business systems and finance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. With a background as a Reserve Officer in the Danish Army, Christian has developed skills in crisis management and military strategy. Prior to Sima Innovation, Christian held various leadership roles at Leica Geosystems and Danfoss, focusing on project management, process improvement, and product development. Christian possesses a B.Eng. in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Southern Denmark, alongside certifications in Six Sigma Greenbelt and military training.
