Marlene Nyholm Voss is the Chief People & Culture Officer at SimCorp, responsible for Global HR and a member of the Executive Committee. Marlene Nyholm has a background in law and extensive experience in HR, including roles at Carlsberg Group and Norrbom Vinding I/S. Along with their experience in HR, Marlene Nyholm has also worked as an External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School. Marlene Nyholm has participated in various education programs, including the CEB HR Leadership Academy and The Carlsberg Group's Accelerated Leader Development Programme.
