Mark Miw has a background in engineering, focusing on frontend and full stack development. Mark started their career at the Hawaii Center for Advanced Communications in 2014 as an RF Engineer Research Assistant, where they proposed, designed, and fabricated an alternative automatic tracking antenna. Mark also supported RF Engineers with testing, PCB design, and fabrication.

In 2015, Mark joined the Hawaiian Electric Company as a Power Plant Engineer, where they prepared drawings, calculations, and specifications for projects and managed major capital projects. Mark then transitioned to the role of a Data Analyst Engineer, focusing on renewable energy, where they prepared material specifications and evaluated bids and proposals.

Mark moved on to Northrop Grumman in 2018, working as a Circuit Simulation Engineer until 2019. In this role, they designed and simulated digital and microwave circuits using various software tools.

From 2019 to 2022, Mark worked at Raytheon as a Senior Electrical Engineer, bringing their expertise to the company's projects.

Prior to their current position, Mark worked at Software Engineering Applications as a Full Stack Engineer and Frontend Engineer, focusing on backend and frontend development. Mark also held the role of a Frontend Engineer at Silvus Technologies, where they designed and developed a React-based frequency jammer graphical page and implemented comprehensive frontend testing.

Throughout their career, Mark demonstrated their ability to identify and resolve issues, improve performance, and manage projects effectively.
