Phil Hickman, CPA, MAcc has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Phil is currently the Director of Finance - Shared Services at Silverton Casino, where they provide direction to ensure accurate and complete financial information for the Shared Services environment. Previously, they served as the Executive Director Finance & Controller at SAHARA Las Vegas, overseeing various financial functions and leading a team of direct and indirect reports. Phil also held the position of Executive Director Finance at Paragon Tropicana dba OYO Hotel & Casino, where they provided leadership to all aspects of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller at Lighthouse Strategies, LLC. and as a Corporate Controller at Remark Media. Phil's experience also includes roles at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, Resources Global Professionals, Las Vegas Sands Corporation, MGM Resorts International, and MGM Grand Hotel. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to compliance and financial accuracy.

Phil Hickman holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University. Phil also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution. In addition, they have obtained the CPA certification from the Nevada State Board of Accountancy in November 1997.
