Victor Mafioleti has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer at Silverstream Technologies since April 2021. Previously, Victor held positions as Control and Automation Engineer at the same company and as Senior Design Engineer at GreenSteam. Victor's career highlights include serving as Head of Technology at Uk Solutions Ltd Chelmsford and as Project Engineer at BMT, where responsibilities included customizing equipment for performance monitoring systems. As a Project Manager for the Brazilian Navy Research Institute, Victor led the development of a PLC-based propulsion and damage control system, managing a £400k budget and a team of 30. Victor's early career included work as a Satellite Engineer at Star One and a Technical Coordinator at the Brazilian Navy Research Institute, contributing to the pioneering of military vessel systems in Brazil. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from CEFET-RJ and is pursuing a Master's degree in Microelectronics at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
