Mitchel Hale has extensive work experience in quality assurance and testing. Mitchel started their career as a Junior QA Analyst at SQAsquared, where they received training on the latest technologies and contributed to process improvement. Mitchel then worked as a QA Analyst at Cornerstone OnDemand, where they performed functional and regression web-based testing using tools like Selenium. Mitchel also served as the Point of Contact for other departments and created automated tests. After that, they joined Ticketmaster as a Principal Lead QA Engineer, where they ran test scripts, analyzed test results, and worked with various tools like Eclipse and Git. Mitchel also created automation using Selenium and researched root causes of bugs. Currently, they are working as a Principal Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Silversheet Credentialing Solutions.

Mitchel Hale attended Westwood College-Los Angeles from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
