Francis Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1995, Francis worked as an Operational Research Consultant at Capgemini, where they provided consulting services to companies in the Transportation, Utilities, and Pharmaceutical industries. In 2004, Francis joined Jeppesen, a subsidiary of Boeing, as the General Manager of the Public Transport Journey Planning business. During their time at Jeppesen, Francis managed client accounts in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand and oversaw all aspects of sales processes, contractual negotiation, project delivery, and ongoing support. In 2013, SilverRail acquired Jeppesen's public transport journey planning business, and Francis joined SilverRail as the Vice-President of Service Delivery. In this role, Francis led a team located in London, Brisbane, and Boston, responsible for ensuring the delivery and implementation of SilverRail's products and services and maintaining the quality of ongoing service. In 2019, Francis assumed the position of Managing Director of Search at SilverRail.
Francis Lee pursued their education at various institutions and studied different subjects. In 1985, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Manchester. Following this, from 1988 to 1989, they attended the University of Birmingham and completed a Master of Science degree in Operational Research. Their most recent educational experience was at INSEAD in 2011, where they studied Competitive Strategy.
