Ramon Perez Flaquer currently serves as a Trusted Researcher at Ballotpedia, where responsibilities include overseeing seasonal researchers and ensuring data quality for the 2024 Election Cycle. As Chief Executive Officer of Silverline Educational Advisory Services, Ramon leads a global nonprofit organization, managing over 60 employees and securing more than $125,000 annually in grants. Since April 2024, Ramon has also been a Research Assistant at Florida State University, collecting stock delisting data, and holds multiple roles with Outreach Debate, including Director of Recruitment and Instructor. Additionally, Ramon directed the largest online Public Forum debate camp through NOVA Debate Camp and coached young debaters while connecting them to competitive opportunities. Ramon is pursuing a Dual Enrollment in General Studies at the University of Florida and is expected to graduate from West Broward High School in June 2025.
