Kristen Gastaldo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community management and customer self-service strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Self-Service & Community at IFS since October 2019, Kristen has been instrumental in developing and implementing knowledge strategies for the support organization, overseeing the migration to ServiceNow, and enhancing community engagement, resulting in significant growth in participation metrics. Prior to IFS, Kristen held roles including Senior Community Manager at Alfresco, where a comprehensive community was launched and expanded to over 15,000 active members, and Community Manager at Blackbaud, where a proof of concept community was established, contributing to wider organizational community efforts. With a background in event planning, marketing, and content creation, Kristen has demonstrated a strong ability to foster community relationships and drive user engagement throughout a diverse career. Kristen holds a BA in Communications from Wake Forest University.
