Omer Unsal is a seasoned investment banker and board member with extensive experience in the financial advisory sector and investment landscape, particularly in emerging markets. Currently, Omer serves as a Board Member at Hopi and continues to lead as Founder and Managing Partner of Odin Financial Advisors, established in 2006, which focuses on mergers and acquisitions across Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. Omer has also invested in several fintech and e-commerce ventures, including Silverflow, Kavak.com, Minka Inc., and Wufwuf. Additionally, Omer co-founded Aventio MB, a merchant banking platform, and has held significant roles in various successful exits, including Garaj Sepeti and Jewel Paymentech. Omer holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Connecticut College and completed secondary education at The Koc School.
