Erwin Rampola is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in network support and engineering. Currently serving as Sr Lead Technical Engineer at Silver Spring Networks since April 2011, Erwin has previously worked at Blue Coat Systems as Sr Network Support Engineer IV, focusing on web and application security for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, during a nearly nine-year tenure at Nortel Networks, Erwin held roles in both the security and core routing divisions, providing high-level support for global customers and tackling complex networking challenges. Educational background includes studies at DeVry University in Phoenix, Chabot College, and Silicon Valley College.
