Brandi Shufelt is an experienced Food & Beverage Inventory Control Manager at Silver Reef Casino Resort since October 2014, where responsibilities include tracking month-end numbers for budget compliance, purchasing, and allocating resources for multiple resort outlets, as well as utilizing a third-party purchasing program and managing bid development. Key achievements include setting up and successfully launching a third-party purchasing and inventory control program, becoming a Super User of EATEC and Agilysys, and implementing a POS system that integrates directly with inventory controls. Prior to this role, Brandi served as Lead Banquet Cook and Sous Chef at Nooksack Northwood Casino from October 2011 to October 2014. Brandi holds an education from Bellingham Technical College, completed between 2009 and 2011.
