Shilpa Marano currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at PaperTrl, Inc., leading efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the procure-to-pay cycle through AP Automation solutions. As Co-Founder and Partner at Silver Kite, Inc., Shilpa applies extensive experience in retail technology sales, marketing, and strategy to assist brands and retailers in achieving growth and market differentiation. Previously, Shilpa held key marketing roles as Chief Marketing Officer at nChannel Incorporated, where strategic initiatives for customer acquisition were developed, and as a Board Member at AmazED Markets, driving seller recruitment and marketing for the educational marketplace. Early career positions included marketing management at Sypherlink and Sterling Commerce, as well as consulting work with diverse clients. Shilpa holds an MBA in Marketing and a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University.
