Sarah Pughe, CPHR, is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in people and culture management. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People & Culture at Silver Hills since September 2021, Sarah has also held roles such as People and Culture Manager and People & Culture Business Partner within the organization. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at Kwantlen Polytechnic University from August 2019 to May 2021, and various HR positions at Daiya Foods Inc and We Care Home Health Services between June 2016 and June 2016. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, earned from 2012 to 2015.
