Riccardo Baldoni has held various leadership roles in the IT and Customer Experience sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of IT & Customer Experience at Silver Cross Ltd since October 2004. Previously, Riccardo has been the Head of IT & Customer Experience and UK Customer Operations Manager, responsible for managing Customer Services and Head Office Sales teams while overseeing e-commerce stock fulfillment. From March 2020 to July 2023, Riccardo worked as Business Lead for Micralite Ltd, coordinating operational needs across departments. Earlier career positions include Placement Officer at Medacs Healthcare and Manager of the Customer Care Team at Delivered Solutions, as well as Senior Mortgage Consultant at HML. Riccardo holds a degree in Business and Finance from Craven College, completed between 1994 and 1996.
