Rijin KC began their work experience in 2009 as an Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager at Chaudhary Group, where they worked until 2011. In 2015, they joined Saxon Global, Inc. as a Professional Recruiter until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Intime Technologies Inc. as a Technical Recruiter. Their most recent role is as the Head of Recruitment at Silver Bay Consulting, starting in March 2021.

Rijin KC has a strong educational background in the field of business and management. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Houston and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Rijin further expanded their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General at the University of Houston from 2011 to 2013. Rijin KC's education has equipped him with a solid foundation in both business administration and information systems management.
