Kavindu Mediwake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and innovation within the textile and garment industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Sustainable Business at Silueta - Technologies by MAS since January 2012, Kavindu leads sustainability initiatives and has previously held roles such as Intellectual Property & Risk Manager and Technology Entrepreneur. This individual has a strong background in fabric and material technology, having worked as a Material Technologist and Fabric Technologist at Silueta and begun the career as a Management Trainee at MAS Intimates and an In Plant Trainee at MAS Active. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, along with an Associate's degree in Management & Accounting from CIMA.
