Johanna Vilmi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in psychology and organizational health. Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder of Silta Education since January 2022, Johanna focuses on transforming scientific knowledge into practical tools for enhancing focus, productivity, and well-being within organizations. In addition, Johanna operates as a psychologist specializing in work, organizations, and occupational health since July 2019, and holds a position as an Occupational Health Psychologist at Mehiläinen. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Kamu Early Education, Co-Founder of Heimo Community, and various managerial and psychological positions at Heltti and Merikratos Group. Johanna holds an eMBA from Turku School of Economics and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Turku.
