Manish Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Technical Trainee at Britannia Industries Limited. Manish then moved on to Raymond Synthetics Ltd. as an Assistant Engineer in Maintenance, where they played a key role in achieving ISO 9000 certification.

In 1998, Agarwal joined Garden Silk Mills Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Procurement, responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory, maintenance operations, project execution, and quality control. Manish successfully managed the procurement of various items and capital goods from a network of 1500 vendors.

Agarwal continued their career at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as a Manager in Procurement, where they effectively managed procurement activities for the Baddi Formulation Unit. Manish'sresponsibilities included contract management and monitoring project purchases.

At Teva API India Limited, Agarwal served as the Chief Manager in Procurement, responsible for formulating and executing a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the objectives of the Greenfield Project.

At Solvay Specialities India Limited, they held the role of Country Procurement Manager, setting up a global network and overseeing sourcing activities for indirect procurement across multiple sites. Manish also ensured uninterrupted plant operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, Manish Agarwal is working as an Associate Vice President in the Materials Function at Silox India Private Limited. Manish leads a team and is responsible for managing critical functions, driving sustainability efforts, and optimizing costs through vendor management and procurement strategies.

Manish Agarwal's education history includes completing an Advanced Program in Supply Chain Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate Course on Import/Export Management at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade from 2012 to 2013. In 2004 to 2005, Manish earned a PG Diploma in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Material Management Chennai. Manish obtained a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, Manish spent their first year in Mechanical Engineering at Regional Engineering College Srinagar in 1988 and 1989.
