Tomasz Rados currently serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz held positions at the European Commission as a Financial Correspondent/Project Assistant from February 2022 to January 2024, contributing to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Tomasz has a history of involvement in various roles within international organizations, including the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service. Additionally, Tomasz was the President of Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations, and has held multiple positions at the European Commission between 2006 and 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, earned from 1998 to 2003, along with voluntary work as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski.
