Rucha Bhatt possesses extensive experience in logistics and operations management, having served as a Logistics Coordinator at Silk & Snow since October 2021 and previously as an Operations Coordinator at Safe N Save Logistics Inc. and Wildcraft Care. Key accomplishments include managing over 100 load planning accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, and achieving a 10% profit increase through effective carrier negotiations.
