Rick Fredland is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong background in customer service and retail management. As the Founder and CEO of Silipint, Inc. since 2010, Rick has successfully introduced the first and only silicone pint glass, which allows for customization for corporate branding. In addition to leading Silipint, Rick has been the Owner of Tazlab since 2005 and previously served as Manager at The Outland Mountain Shop from 1999 to 2006, where responsibilities included marketing direction and customer service training. Prior experience includes working as Customer Service Manager at Patagonia from 1996 to 1998, where Rick developed and implemented a comprehensive Customer Service Training Program. Rick's educational background includes studies at the University of Cape Town, Ripon College, and Bates College, culminating in a BA in Anthropology.
