Jessica Mardini currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Silipint, Inc., overseeing the Customer Experience and Mockup Departments while managing key accounts and production scheduling. With extensive experience in customer operations, Jessica has held various roles including Customer Operations Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Lead. Jessica is also a co-founder of Guerrilla Noise LLC and has been involved with Forged Creations in social media relations and promotions. Prior experience includes project management for Flow Arts Institute, roles as a Law Clerk and Certified Legal Intern, and positions in event organization and legal support. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Marian University Indianapolis and has a legal education from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
