Thai Phuoc Trinh began their career in 2004 as an IT Manager at Xuan Trang, where they developed in-house software such as Stock Management, KMS, and Website. In 2010, they joined KMCsoft as a Technical Manager, where they designed and developed ERP systems for SMEs using Java technologies such as Spring, Spring Security, JDO, and ZK. In 2012, they moved to Bách Khoa Computer as a Lead Software Architect. Finally, in 2015, they became a Technical Lead at SiliconPrime Technologies, where they served as a system architect for Java projects using Wildfly, J2EE7, and JMS.

Thai Phuoc Trinh obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Hung Vuong University between 1997 and 2001. Thai then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from American Heritage University between 2010 and 2012.
