Fritz Werder is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the IoT and residential systems sectors. Currently at Silicon Labs since November 2022, Fritz leads new business development and partnership expansion for IoT ecosystems. Previously, as GM & Head of North America at Tuya Smart, Fritz drove all aspects of business development and marketing for the North American market. Fritz's prior roles at Legrand, North America included multiple vice president positions, managing product and channel strategies for various business units, demonstrating a strong track record of P&L responsibility and market share growth. Early career experience includes operations management at World Wide Imports. Fritz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Washington University.
