Barry Hull serves as a Quality Manager and Continuous Improvement Engineer at Silgan Containers since November 2014, where responsibilities include facilitating continuous improvement efforts across west coast plants by reducing metal waste and increasing throughput through lean manufacturing processes. Previously, Barry held the role of Production Supervisor, managing a team of 15-17 employees, and also worked as a Management Trainee, gaining insight into plant management and processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Apprentice Carpenter at Hulls' Millwork Inc., a Tutor at California State University, Stanislaus for Finance and Accounting subjects, and an Accounting Intern at Vinotheque Wine Cellars, where Barry analyzed labor usage in manufacturing. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California State University, Stanislaus, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
