Matts Rydberg is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and research and development within the medical technology and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as VP of Supply Chain and Logistics and VP of Manufacturing at Silex Microsystems since September 2016, Matts has a strong background from St. Jude Medical, where roles included Director of Operations and Supply Chain, focusing on production planning and process improvements, and Sr. Manager of R&D, where leadership was provided to engineering teams. Earlier experience includes roles at Radi Medical Systems as a Product Engineer, Infineon Technologies/Ericsson Microelectronics as Area Manager in RF Power production, and Ericsson as a Process Engineer. Matts holds a Ph.D. in Solid-State Electronics and a Master's degree in Material Physics, both from Uppsala University.
