Alexander W has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Alexander currently holds the position of Vice President of EMEA at Silergy. Prior to this, they worked at Analog Devices as the Senior Director of Wireless & Wired Communications Sales & Applications Engineering EMEA. Alexander's longest tenure was at Maxim Integrated, where they held various roles such as Executive Director Northern Europe, Director & Head of Maxim Integrated Northern Europe, Head of Maxim Nordic, and Global Account Executive. During their time at Maxim, they had full responsibility for sales and applications engineering teams and focused on various sectors including wireless infrastructure and communications, automotive, industrial and healthcare, consumer, wearables, aerospace and defense, broad market, and distribution. Before joining Maxim, Alexander worked at OEM Electronics as a Business Development Manager & Sales Engineer, and at Egevo Elektronik as a Field Sales Engineer.

Alexander W has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Industrial Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which was obtained in 2004. Alexander also has completed Executive Education programs at Columbia Business School in 2021 and at Harvard Business School, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
